Workplace investigations can be complex and stressful for the individuals involved. All complaints must be taken seriously and investigated in a timely manner. So often after workplace investigations have been completed, there are claims of bias and favoritism, resulting in further litigation.

Investigations can include two investigators (both a former management side litigator and union side investigator), or clients can opt to have one investigator assigned to the file.
Investigations can also be done in person, or where permissible, investigations can be undertaken with the use of video conferencing in order to allow the investigation to be more expeditious and convenient to the parties involved.
